Search rules:

1. Surname of solo singers so 'Martin Carthy' is under C

2. Surname of first person in a duo so  'Peta Webb & Ken Hall' are under W

3. Band names are first name first so 'Brass Monkey' are under B

4. Band names which have a 'The' in front go under the letter of the first name so 'The Chieftains' go under C
